Returns

We offer a 10 day return period for non-personalized items in their original condition, tags still attached and in original packaging. Shipping is not refundable.

There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

Personalized items and custom ordered items are NOT returnable.

Merchandise purchased before December 25 can not be returned after that date for a refund, credit or exchange.

Any damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

Please email us at Contact Us to request an RA# for your return. Be sure to write your RA# on the outside of your box ~ returns without an RA# on the outside of the box will be refused. We advise using an insured carrier that includes tracking. All returns must take place within 10 days of receipt of items.

We can only credit the card used for the original purchase. We will be happy to issue a store credit if you prefer.
